Walking poles not only makes walking more beneficial, but they actually take less effort to use and are easier on our bodies.

What happens is when we walk without poles we use less than 50% of our major muscles. When we use walking poles, we engage over 90. Helping us to impact the ground with less force. 26% less force actually. And that 26% makes a huge difference for anybody with back, hip, knee, ankle or feet challenges.

Not to mention when we use walking poles we naturally align our spine and strengthen our core. Helping us to sit and stand taller.

When we use walking poles, we increase our cardio up to 20%, and our calorie burn up to 48% without going any faster or any harder.

What more could you want? Except for the fact that you can do it in less time. 30 minutes of pole walking is equivalent to 50 minutes of regular walking.

Pole walking truly is one of the most beneficial and rewarding activities you'll ever do!
