The Keenfit Pole Walking System is what I like to call ‘Nordic Walking Plus’ with our punch-pull technique adding even more versatility to the sport for an even broader diversified group. Relax, trust yourself and count on, what I like to call, the rule of three. And that is that some lucky people get it in three steps, but for pretty much most of us, at least 95% of us, it takes us three kilometres or miles or so or at least three times out before we know we’ve got it.
