"My blood sugar readings for 3 days have been, 4.1; 3.5 and 5.7. These readings were taken at approx. the same time each day, 5:45 p.m., before dinner and should range between the 4 and 7 level. The activities for Fri., Sat., and Sun. were about the same, Poling for at least ½ an hour in the morning, lunch, then computer and sewing for a couple of hours each. This should encourage your friend to try Poling, before this week at this time of day they were high 6’s and a little over 7. Hope this encourages her – see you Saturday!"
