Okay this, you won't believe...

You know my friend, that has breast cancer and I ordered the walking poles. I got her on the website, and she thinks they are awesome, and we are going to try them. I watched the walking lady video, and felt just like her.

So from the nice Esther, to the nice Esther for Christmas; walking poles. And then we like to at least go out 3 times a week. And then I will get better and hopefully skinnier too.

So till very soon... hugs for all of you, and yes I will take care of my body.
